Wet Wire Drawing Machines

Precimax Engineers Limited India has been engaged in the design, manufacture, supply, installation & commissioning of industrial metallurgical plants for heat treatment and surface coating of wires. These machines are available in two models-heavy and light, and are ideal for carbon/mild steel/low carbon/stainless steel with inlets up to 16 swg and finish size up to 32/34 swg. The non-slip type equipment mainly consists of a main gearbox mounted on a tank holds the lubricant in wet form as a bath. The gearbox drives two sets of stepped cornering suspended vertically from its base pull wires between them through dies arranged in form of a cradle. These equipments offer up to 16 drafts at a time, and are complete with a water-cooled drum and killing attachment, spooling attachment is also available.
