Associated Technocrats has experience in design, manufacturing and commissioning of transformer manufacturing machines for last 30 years. Transformer Coil Winding Machine, the company’s flagship product, is a most versatile machine and can be used for wide range of coil winding operations. The machine spindle can be rotated with infinitely variable speed within the range. The machine is designed for minimum backlash resulting in compact coil production. Special design features enable the operator to start, stop, reverse and forward the machine at the desired moment. Digital counter enables the operator to keep the proper record of number of turns wound while winding. Special tension post with rollers enables easy handling of conductors for maximum tension without damaging the insulation. Machines are manufactured in the range of 3 tonnes to 15 tonnes capacity and coil size of maximum 2800 mm dia and 3000 mm length.
