Toroidal Winding Machine, Automatic

Shilchar Voltech Eng has launched Wintech brand of automatic toroidal winding machines for the first time in India. These machines have wide applications for manufacturers of current transformers, variacs, potentiometers and power transformers. Each machine consists of an electronic controller ensuring highly precise pitch with servo drive mechanism. It provides audio and video indication of main functions. It can wind toroids from minimum ID of 30 mm to maximum OD of 350 mm and maximum height of 150 mm. The maximum winding speed of the machine is 80 RPM and it can wind copper wires from 12 SWG to 22 SWG. The second variety of the machine is used for thinner wires (22 SWG to 47 SWG). This can wind toroids from minimum ID of 5 mm to maximum OD of 40 mm and maximum height of 15 mm. The use of imported critical components ensures excellent reliability. A range of narrow racks and multifiller wire guides can be supplied for reduced core IDs and strip winding. Customized components for special applications can be supplied upton request.
