Stator Winding Machines

Electromech offers Stator Winding Machines. These machines are used for winding stator coils for universal motors used in power tools, mixies, fans, blowers, etc. The machine is incorporated with 2 station 4 coil simultaneous winding system. The wire gauges range from 0.500 mm to 1.000 mm. The machine is able to produce approx 400 stators per eight-hour shift with an average of 100 turns per coil. The machine is electro-pneumatically operated, easily programmable and rugged in construction.
