Features: servo motors, computer controlled; synchronized programming for high speed spring productions; continuous rotation mode insure high-speed production capability; continuous mode and discontinuous mode programming are selectable; a micro pulse hand wheel is used to run every motor either in manual; mode or auto mode for very easy setup and programming; easy to read colour TFT-LCD screen; right hand and left hand coiling; and standard security sensor and position sensor included. These machines are available in the following range: 1. CNC machinery - CNC 2 axes spring coiling machines, CNC 4 axes spring coiling machines, and CNC 4-and 8-axes spring former; and 2. Mechanical spring coiling machines - torsion spring coiling machines, spring end grinders and heat treatment oven.
