Slitter Rewinders

The ?Nuzen? is a duplex re-winding machine, designed for optimum versatility, productivity and operator friendliness. The machine can be more operator-friendly with the addition of optional features. Nuzen S-917 is definitely as sturdy as 'S-359' and 'S-737? but with fixed shaft conventional unwind station, with necessary motion guide, edge guider, slitting section, rewind station and lay on, with programmable logic control with HMI/MMI. `S-917? is designed to slit and wind at the speed of 300 meters per minute. Unwind station: `S-917? has a fixed shaft conventional wind station. The unwind station is equipped with pneumatic shaft instead of pneumatic reverse acting core chucks. The shafts are available for both type of cores in 3". The pneumatic shaft allows the different diameter and different width of rent roller. The station is equipped with pneumatic brake, which controls the braking tension throughout the speed/throughout the length. Kody Equipments is a member of ?Arvind?
