New Line Of Wire Edms Feature Simplicity

The Fox Series of wire EDMs debuts with two models, with other sizes yet to be introduced. The size range of the two initial models in this Series is 14" x 12" up to 20" x 24". In addition, these new models feature a Z axis of 16". Features include automatic wire threading, submerged machining, a strong software package, and capability for on-line CAD and PC-based programming. According to the company, these machines are designed for simplicity to make operation less complex by avoiding sophisticated but expensive features. This makes the machines more affordable and easier to maintain, the company says.
