High Speed Braiding Machine
High-speed braiding machine is most suitable to obtain good quality braided products, with no compromise in speed. The recent type-high speed machine enable braiding up to 600 picks per minute production i.e. almost 3 to 3.5 times more than conventional braiding machines. The quality made on these types of machines is far better than other machines. They are developed from 5 to 200 spindles braiding machines in this series. These machines can be used in-group drive or as separate drive.
- Spring tension spindles instead of conventional drop weight.
- Horn gear 108 milling cut special alloy casting and high quality nylon molded for noiseless operation
- Top plate: high quality alloy casting and precisely machined 8.0 mm thick
- Frame: MS bar and special casted brace bar
- In general all the brackets for moving shafting are supplied with gunmetal bushing and in the special model with ball bearings.
- Bobbin size: 40 mm diameter, 110 mm length
- Horn gear RPM: 180-225 depending upon the quality of the yarn.
