Crank Type High Speed Wire Nail Making Machine

Ajit Crank Type High Speed Machine is suitable for manufacturing panel pins and wire nails of all sizes and gauges as per customers' specifications. The machine can be used to make flat head nails, counter shank head nails, round head nails, chicken head nails, lost head nails, roofing nails, pop nails and foundry nails. It can produce nails from HB wire, brass, copper and aluminium wire. Main crank is direct driven by a motor and side shafts are driven by bevel gears to ensure correct and permanent adjustment of cutting tools. The length and thickness of nail is adjustable as desired. Machines are easy to operate and suitable for small scale industrial units. Different models are available to produce nails of lengths from 6 to 200 mm and dia from 0.9 to 6.0 mm.
