Coil winding machines

B M P & Equipment Co has developed four different models of toroidal coil winding machines, useful for wide applications of toroidal coils from small ferrite core to big toroidal transformers and from fine wires to very thick wires. The models are: 1. Machines with side slider head for smaller core of ID 10 mm OD 60 mm and core HT up to 30 mm; 2. Machines with belt head, which are useful for thicker wires in small core; 3. Medium duty for CTs to wind wires from 12 to 22 SWG and another medium duty for wires from 17 to 30 SWG ID from 50 mm to OD up to 250 mm wire to wind CTs and Variacs; and 4. Heavy duty transformer for large core and thicker wires maximum OD up to 600 mm and wire up to 5 mm dia, HT up to 200 mm useful to any Variac and CTs. The smaller machines are electronically controlled drive for accurate winding. Medium duty machines are available in electronic control as well as medium control and heavy-duty machines are electric control for pitch.
