Coil Winding Machines

Electromech offers Coil Winding Machine. This machine to adhere with the wide range of wire gauges has been bifurcated into two models of operation, viz., slider type and belt type. Slider type can accommodate wire range from 0.05 to 0.20 mm. The modified version of shuttle and the use of plastic slider make the winding of thinner dia wires with high precession and very rapid pace. The belt-type version of the machine is designed to obtain quality winding of the cores with thicker wires of 0.2 to 1.0 mm. The considerable torque required to obtain the desired finish in the winding quality is supported by the belt and unique arrangement of motor to shuttle co-ordination channel.
