Coil winding machine, flier type

Synthesis offers a flier type coil winding machine. This machine has got a flier head which has two axis movement to wind the wire which will be wrapped around the bobbin. Winding typical applications such as bumble type coils used in auto industries which has got eccentric core profiles prevents the coils from rotating at high speeds but in this flier type machine the coil to be wound is held stationary and the wire can be wound at higher speeds. The machine has automatic indexing head for loading and unloading of components which increases the productivity and speeds up the after winding operations. This machine has AC servo motor for axis traverse and AC induction motor for spindle drive with CNC. The machine is extensively used for various applications in automobile and such industries.
