Coil Winding Machine, Automatic

BMP & Equipment Co offers an automatic coil winding machine. This features user-friendly menu-driven software and a 100-programme memory bank. It continuously displays winding parameters on a back-lit liquid crystal display. The machine has automatic retrieval of the program last used. There is a programmable wire guide position at starting of the winding (auto home position). The machine has a feather touch keypad for programming and gives high-speed winding with negligible noise and vibration. Programmable soft start turns and soft stop turns give smooth starting and stopping. Stopping is with a magnetic brake. The machine has smooth acceleration and declaration and programmable layer end stop up to 99 layers.
