CNC Stator Winding Machines

Electromech offers CNC Stator Winding Machines, Motowind - SLT 100. It is of high speed and used to mass-produce step motors, AC servo motors and brushless DC servo motors. Simple tooling makes the machine adaptable for outer slots winding which facilitates the winding of magneto coils and motors with external rotors. Easy termination and routing of wires is achieved by interpolated programmable X Y Z and W axis. Ergonomically positioned operator console, component placement, seating posture facilitates fatigue free production.
