Cnc coil winding machine, six spindle

Synthesis offers a six spindle CNC coil winding machine. This is a highly productive coil winding machine capable of winding complex coils with any kind of routing, hacking and terminations. The machine contains a set of nozzles which has got three axes movement along with the revolution of the spindles for which AC servo motors are used and are controlled by Siemens Sinumerik controllers. The Windows based front end programming of the machine makes it very user friendly and flexible.
