Composition: dielectric/ aluminium foil tension spindle; aluminium foil hemming mechanism; finished product pressing device; discharge/ end-scalding device; coil discharge devices; winding spindle and foil cutter; aluminium cutting and hemming device; switch cabinet; and voltage overload testing mechanism. Features: a control system consisting of industrial control computer, PLC and servo motors is used to set, memorise manage and dynamically monitor data and to keep a constant tension force; double-seat and combined folding winding mandrel is used to realize uninterruptible winding process, attainable winding speed is 3 m/s; all winding process is automatically realized with high productivity; edges and ends of aluminium foil are hemmed when winding; and the machine is self-diagnosed and can give alarm automatically.
