It is suitable to make paper cores, textile tubes, POY tubes, composite cans, etc., using relevant raw material. It has strong and ruggedly fabricated structure to negotiate workloads. It has both pneumatic or mechanical belt tension and faster interchanging of tube size. The positive drives transform the load from the prime mover to the winder drum effectively without any jerk or vibration. The glue system has facility to apply glue single or double side depending upon requirement. The in-built electrical panel unit, conveniently located remote station with fault indication lamps and production counter and over load protectors ensure easy operation and reduction in process wastages. The on-line multicutter synchronised with the winder enables to do re-cut operations online, burr free, ready to pack or further process depending upon requirement. Space, wastages, additional labour is saved.
