Vikrant Special Machines offers an Automatic Coil Winding Machine, HLV Series. This is suitable for automatic layer/pitch winding of HV coils with round and strip conductors; optionally the machine can be used for winding of HV coils on top of LV coils also.

- EM solenoid brake on winding spindle for slack less tight winding
- High speed winding for round conductor and low speed winding with high torque for strip conductors
- Servo motor driven ball screw ensures accurate movement of conductor carriage for layer/pitch winding
- Carriage with linear bearing slides on hardened and ground cylindrical guide ways, bobbin stand with conductor tension arrangement
- Tailstock with revolving centre slides on accurately machined bed guide ways
- Entire machine mounted on a robust fabricated base frame eliminates grouting
