Transformers

Trade Perfections, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, offers a range of Transformers. The range includes: single phase transformers, amorphous core transformers, distributor transformers of 11 and 22 kV Class, power transformers up to 132 kV Class, rectifier transformers, furnace transformers and dry type transformers. The company considers quality as the result of commitment to hard work and total dedication for timely delivery of the best product. In-house testing – transformers manufactured pass through intensive in-house testing with following tests: measurement of winding resistance test; measurement of voltage ratio, polarity and check of voltage vector relationship; measurement of no load loss and excitation current; measurement of load loss and short circuit impedance; measurement of insulation resistance (Megger); separate source with stand voltage test (High Voltage); induced AC over voltage with stand test (DVDF); measurement of zero-sequence impedance; measurement of temperature rise test; measurement of harmonics of no load current; measurement of acoustic noise level test; and break down voltage test of oil (BDV). If required and agreed upon the specific type tests and supplementary tests can also be carried out. Test certificates are furnished for each transformer.
