The organisation was established in 2007 at the Vizag Special Economic Zone (V-SEZ), Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (and revived as Tranquil Power Systems in the year 2014). The company has been a supplier of power supply units to companies like Kichler, Techlite, Seagull, GE, Cooper Lighting – US, among others.
