Ultra isolation transformers are used where high attenuation level is required like communication systems, wiereless station, sensitive medical equipments, etc. These special type transformers are manufacturing by splitting primary and secondary coils as different coils. The result is low coupling capacitance and high induction to ensure more harmonic attenuation.
