Furnace Transformers

South Eastern Equipment Co (SEECO), India's largest transformer manufacturer, has now introduced furnace transformers for furnaces ranging from 10 kVA to 5 MVA. The company has also introduced 3-phase, single phase transformers (open delta type and scott connected type transformers) to suit customers requirements. The figure shown is an open delta transformer that delivers 0 to 60 V, 5000 A. The range can be designed up to 40,000 A either to suit for furnaces or for temperature rise test for various electrical equipment. The 40,000 A temperature rise test is approved by CPRI. The company is now exporting these transformers to Europe, America, China and Latin American countries also. All equipments are CPRI tested at Bangalore and Bhopal.
