Electricfield Company is a reputed manufacturer of power conditioning equipment, with diversified products like control and relay panels up to 220 kV system, battery charging equipment and other associated items. The company offers Distribution and Power Transformers. These incorporate most modern engineering concepts and high quality material processed under expert supervision and rigid quality control. Standard ratings are from 25 kVA to 1000 kVA in 11 kV/433 V for distribution transformers. Special rating 33000/433 V for auxiliary supply for grid stations are also available. The company also manufactures power transformers ranging from 1.6 MVA to 10 MVA with voltage rating 33 kV/11 kV outdoor type with standard accessories and off load/on load tap changing arrangement as per customers' requirements. It also manufactures epoxy cast resin distribution transformers up to 500 kVA with voltage range 11 kV/433 V. These transformers are designed for indoor application with off load standard taps to meet the input variations within the limit. The transformers conform in all respect to the latest version of IS: 2026 and IEC 76 design features. Each unit is designed for optimum efficiency while operating between 50% to 100% load with proportionate core and winding losses. Construction of transformers is provided with all safety measures like HT winding with end turn reinforcement, impregnated under vacuum with hot dry transformer oil. Oil cooled transformers are supplied with first filling of insulating oil conforming to IS: 335/1980.
