Current Transformers

MECO-G is a renowned manufacturer of LV Current Transformers, having over 35 years of experience. CTs are manufactured using high grade CRGO torroidal cores, carefully processed in neutral atmosphere, thereby ensuring low losses. CTs are manufactured in many versions such as tape wound, resin cast type, ABS moulded cases for bus bar mounting and miniature CTs for metering and protection applications and portable versions for laboratory applications. They are manufactured in primary current ratings up to 6000 A and secondary 5 A or 1 Amp. They conform to IEC-185, ISS 2705/92 Specifications. Accuracy class offered is from 0.2 onwards. A sophisticated test bench is used for testing the CTs against very accurate standards, traceable to NPL.
