Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd manufactures a range of outdoor oil cooled Current Transformers in live tank design up to 300kV voltage class. Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd, established in 1997, is an ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 certified company, manufacturing instrument transformers up to 420 kV. The products incorporate the best and most modern technology, to ensure a good quality. The design of instrument transformers is time tested over a period of several decades. All the instrument transformers have been type tested as per IEC/IS and ANSI standards. Instrument transformers have also been type tested for seismic withstand test at 0.5G on all 3 axes and fast transient (multiple chopped impulse) test. The testing lab is equipped with the latest equipment to carry out all routine tests as per IEC/IS/BS/AS and ANSI standards. Customers include almost all government utilities and various power sector companies like ABB, AREVA, Siemens, Schneider Electric, etc.
