Salient features: dry, resin cast or oil insulated; air core or iron core; indoor or outdoor applications in dry as well as oil insulated type; aluminium/copper conductor wound; support insulators can be provided for reactor for outdoor application; class of temperature B (1300C), F (1550C) or H (1800C); ambient temperature range of -40°C to +40°C, up to +70°C on request; cooling method: AN (air-natural); standards: IEC 60076, others upon request; materials chosen to meet the most severe thermal and electrical shocks and cycling requirements; the mechanical integrity is provided by the epoxy, fibreglass roving and tape system; electro-tin plated terminals can also be provided.
