Cast resin transformers

Vijai Electricals has been producing cast resin transformers for more than 15 years. These transformers are in service in diverse industries such as electricity boards, nuclear generation plants, railway traction and high-rise buildings. The main advantages of dry type cast resin transformers over oil filled transformers are: (1) high mechanical strengths; (2) non-inflammable; (3) resistant to temperature fluctuations; (4) moisture resistant; (5) high overload capacity; (6) space serving, permitting compact installation; (7) practically no maintenance; long and trouble free service; and (8) no leakage of oil or pilferage. Range: single phase - up to 1667 kVA, 33 kV Class; and three phase - up to 8000 kVA, 33 kV Class.
