Micro Controller Based Twist Tester

Micro Controller Based Twist Tester model “TT-MCT” and “TT-MCT/F” have been specially designed to meet the growing demand of textile industry for an accurate instrument to measure the TPM/TPI of single, double or multi filament twisted yarn. This instrument has facility of both untwist or untwist/twist method for measurement of TPM. This instrument is a motorized unit and gives TPM/TPI values directly irrespective of any test length of yarn. A special motorized drive has been provided to set any test length between 25mm to 500mm for models “TT-MCT”.
