The switch consists of two weighted PP floats, suspended through a rope along with a switching system, rated for 5 A @ 230 V AC, housed in a weather proof enclosure. It is provided with an ‘L’ bracket mounting arrangement for easy installation of the switch either on top or sidewall of the tank. It is simple to use and reliable for controlling on-off operations of a pump or a solenoid valve. It can also be used to set an alarm at preset levels. The preset levels can be easily adjusted on site by repositioning of the floats on the rope. It can be employed for various applications such as utility tanks, sumps, overhead kitchen tanks and automatic liquid feeds.
