Advance Panels & Switchgears, a leading name in the field of manufacturing of low voltage and medium voltage panels, switchgears, motor starters and automation, offers a range of Switchboards. These have been successfully tested at CPRI, Bhopal for “Verification of Short Circuit Strength” at 100, 70, 65 and 50 kA for 1 second as well as temperature rise test as per IS: 8623. The company has primary current injection source of 8000 A for carrying out in-house temperature rise test. It also has in-house quality control and design department with qualified and experienced team of engineers with computer aided drawing and design facilities. Panels are totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, fully compartmentalised (complying to form 3B/4) cubical design and modular/bolted construction which has a facility to extend for future expansions on either side. The covers and doors are very well gasketed with neoprene/PU-foam type gaskets, so as to obtain dust proof enclosure. The products are also type tested for degree of protection IP test. The company also manufactures draw out type PCC, MCC (single/double front) panels with fully compartmentalized design, which ensures safety. The company has in-house facilities for: tools, dies and punch designing and manufacturing; and the latest sheet metal pre-treatment nine tank process with oil fired burners, automatically controlled by temperature scanners, to achieve uniform temperature level inside the tanks. The painting is carried out in painting booth/powder coating booth having dust free atmosphere and then baked in oil fired oven specially designed for uniform heating. All panels are provided with CFL lights with door operated switch, space heaters, thermostats, 5 A socket in cable alleys. All products are complying with latest IS/IEC standards.
