Photostatic Light Control Switch

The photostatic light control switch functions according to the ambient light intensity. The switch automatically switches On when the ambient (natural) light intensity falls below the preset threshold. Similarly it switches Off when this light rises beyond the preset limit. Lights are thus unaffected by the seasonal variations in sunset and sunrise timings. The photostatic light control switch works on the ambient light intensity principal. A light dependant resistor (LDR) measures the ambient light and compares it with the preset limit. In case of shortfall, the light automatically switches On. When the ambient light rises above the set limit the lights switches Off. This lighting system therefore has an advantage over systems with manual switches, motorised time switches, electronic time switches and photo thermal switches. Application: neon sign boards, hoardings, street lights, power stations, housing colonies, garden lights, campus lights, railways, airports, naval ports, industrial factories, tall structure beacons, tunnels, any remote unmanned area, etc.
