Thakur Angre offers low power solid state relays suitable for PCB mounting. These 48 DAT 4 Z type SSRs are manufactured using TAECL technology which guarantees a low thermal resistance from the power chip and a high surge current capability. This particular package has current range of 4 Amp, 5 Amp, and 7 Amp, with mains voltage types 240 and 480 V AC. The. principal characteristics of these relays are very high immunity to DV/ DT, and very low leakage current. The electrical isolation between input and output is provided by using optocoupler. The optocoupler also provides the interface to the logic level DC input signal. The input DC terminals and output AC terminals are in the form of plated copper pins which can be easily soldered to a printed circuit board. These relays are capable of switching power at zero crossing or randomly. These SSRs are ideal replacement for power reed relays in microprocessor or computer based logic level systems and are designed for long, reliable service in demanding industrial environments.
