DIN Rail Relays

ASI offers a highest density DIN rail mounted multi-channel relay line. The new space saving CR series relays are available in densities as high as eight relays in one inch of DIN-rail. These relays are rated for switching loads of up to 10 A at 250 V AC, and have the unique feature of an integral fuse for the relay contacts which can easily be serviced through a front entry maintenance hatch. In addition, visual indication of relay status is provided via an LED on top of the unit, thus simplifying system troubleshooting. Connections to the relay are made via pluggable connectors to speed installation and replacement if required. Versions are available for pluggable or fixed relays. Coil and contact connections are physically separated so that field and control wiring can be kept isolated from one anther, thus preventing potential problems due to cross talk. Versions are now available that can plug directly into a PLC in order to provide an interposing relay. These new space saving, flexible relay modules are perfect for the packaging industry, material handling and most any type of application that requires high density DIN rail mount relays and where space is at a premium.
