CAM OPERATED ROTARY SWITCHES

V G Electric offers Cam Operated Rotary Switches. Its salient features are capability to select up to 36 ways and switch 72 contacts at the same time; double-break contacts per pole; and high mechanical and electrical endurance. It conforms to international standards. It is available in wide range from 6 A to 1600 A. The chambers are fabricated out of special plastics PBT and melamine, which possess flame retardant properties. Silver cadmium oxide inlaid contacts are used to achieve high make/ break capacities. It is suitable for DC applications with appropriate derating.
