Brisk Engineering Co offers Basic Micro Switches. The Brisk Model B1 micro switches are single-pole changeover snap action switches featuring repeat accuracy with beryllium copper trident spring mechanism and silver cadmium oxide contacts. Precision design with a variety of actuators and superior material ensures satisfactory service in a wide variety of applications. Housing and cover consist of superior electrical grade phenolic material. These are available in T-type and side screw type base with screw terminals suitable for 15 A/230 V AC and fin type base with solder terminals suitable for 5 A/230 V AC. Electroplated brass hard wares are provided for connection terminals. Side screw type is developed for easy connection in certain applications. The actuator, which is the interface between switch mechanisms and actuating medium, is the reciprocating plunger. In addition, in some models, a lever or a roller lever is used to protect it from side thrust. The contact resistance across the closed contact is less than 10 milli-ohms. Insulation resistance is more than 100 mega ohms. These micro-switches can be used in ambient temperature of surrounding medium in the range -10 to +85?C and can stand for 10 million operations.
