Transpower Switchgear Industries manufactures a range of HT Air Break Switches (GOD). The range is available in following types: horizontal/vertical type, single break; tilting type as per IS 9921 and 1818; tilting type/double break; rotating type single/double break consisting of hot dip galvanised channel iron base; original post type HT insulators; copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts; Plated milled steel arcing horns capable of breaking the magnetising current complete with horizontal connecting bar GI pipes as down rod levers; coupling and operating handle with locking arrangements in voltages up to and including 33 kV line switchyard; current up to and including 1600 A manufactured as per IS 9921 and 1818. The company is also dealing in the following equipment: distribution and special purpose transformers; cables; capacitors; HT and LT switchgear; panel boards/feeder pillars and accessories; generating sets/electrical instruments; street light poles/light fittings and luminaries; safety equipments/fire extinguisher/rubber matting; jointing kits/cable trays/HT HRC fuses; earthing materials/disc/pin insulators/lightening arrestors; AAAC/ACSR conductor, fibre operating/discharge rod; and two/four pole structure material. It is also a specialist in transformer oil filtration as per IS specifications.
