Variturn Electro Products offers Wire Wound Resistors, VEA Series. It is used for industrial, defence, energy metering, instrumentation, power electronics, traction electronics, elevators and allied engineering applications. It conforms to international standards. It is available in ratings of 1 to 17 W and range 0.01W to 27 kW. Tolerance 1% to 10%. It has axial leads, and is ceramic cased. Rheostats are also available.
