Variturn Electro Products manufactures Wire Wound Resistors and Rheostats, The VSM Series. It is used for industrial, defence, energy metering, instrumentation, power electronics, traction electronics, elevators and allied engineering applications. It is available in ratings of 3 to 10 W, and range 0.01( to 100 k(. The tolerance is 0.5% to 10%. These resistors are silicone coated and have provision for surface mounting. It is manufactured as per International Standards.
