STAINLESS STEEL WIRE/ PUNCHED/ GRID RESISTORS

Speed-O-Controls offers Stainless Steel Wire/ Punched/ Grid Resistors. It is used for both AC and DC application for EOT cranes, winches, rubber mills, coal mines, power plants, conveyors, blowers, etc, for developing starting torques. It is manufactured in both air cooled and oil cooled types. Stainless steel grid resistors consist of stainless steel wires or strip in form of grids. The current rating generally ranges from 7 to 400 A continuous with multiple or single paths. Punched steel grids resistors consist of grids punched from corrosion resisting nickel chromium alloy sheet steels. The punched steel grids are completely immune to shock and vibration. These resistors are available in wide range of current ratings from 8 to 800 A. Features: Enclosed- sheet steel duly galvanized/ painted; mounting- floor; protection degree- IP-11/ IP-21/ IP-23/ IP-33; current rating (PS grid) continuous - 7-800 A; cooling- air/ oil cooled; Temperature rise- 225°/ 250°/ 375° C; and cable entry - bottom.
