MFR Electronic Components commenced production in 1983 with its facility based at Seepz (SEZ), Mumbai. The company is an established and ISO certified manufacturer of resistive products with specialisation in hi-precision, hi-reliability film resistors, hi-power, metal oxide, precision metal film resistors, special purpose resistors, wire wound and high voltage metal glaze resistors. The company has received an award for Excellence in Aerospace Indigenisation from SIATI in 1999, over and above all relevant approvals. Since then it has been consistently contributing to the Indian space and defence requirements. The company has also created the MFR Electronics Test Lab, an NABL accredited laboratory which offers screening facility for leaded and SMT resistors and is now increasing its scope to encompass other passive and selected active electronic components.
