Resistors, Hybrid/Flat Type

Cermet has started manufacturing hybrid/flat type thick film resistors as a separate division. The plant and machinery mainly consist of pretreatment equipment, designing equipment, screen exposure and making of screens, screen printers, tunnel furnaces, laser trimming, termination fixing, wave soldering and pad printing, etc. All the equipments are of European origin. Flat type resistors are made as per customer’s design and package. These are also available in SMD type packages. Resistor range: 1E-100 M ohm/100 M ohm – 1 G ohm; power dissipation – 1W/sq.cm at 70ºC; tolerances – ±1%, ±5%; and TCR = 200 ppm/ºC.
