Spring Technology On PCB, Sunclix

Phoenix Contact offers innovative solutions for PCB connections, for inside the device – the Sunclix products based on spring-cage connection technology. The connectors, which are soldered to the PCB, are suitable for wire diameters from 2.5 mm² to 6 mm², 1000 V/41 A. The spring on the connector locks as soon as it is depressed, providing a secure and reliable wire connection. So, PTSPL 6 allows easy and fast connection by means of user friendly connection process, i.e., insert the wire – press down the spring lever and hear the click sound and it’s done. To disconnect the connection: insert the screwdriver in the lever slot – pull up the spring lever and remove the wire.
