Outdoor PCVCB

On Load Gears offers a 33 kV Outdoor PCVCB, Type VS36. This breaker type VS36 is an outdoor, 33 kV, porcelain clad vacuum circuit breaker. The standard breaker is provided with 8 NO + 8 NC auxiliary contacts (additional contacts can be provided as required). For the manual close/open breaker operations push buttons are provided. The pole units comprising vacuum interrupter and-other insulating rods are filled with nitrogen at 0.5 kg pressure to prevent surface tracking. Easy installation and high reliability adds advantage to this breaker. The breakers are designed having provisions for double trip coil and series trip coil arrangement.

On Load Gears was started in 1983 to manufacture OLTCs as a spin off from a company that had existed from 1967. The founders of OLG have 40 + years business experience. Through the last 29 years of existence OLG has expanded its product line to include not only all varieties of tap-changers for the domestic and international markets but also vacuum circuit breakers, weldable transformer bushings and most recently capacitor switches.
