Wireless Expander, 8-Zone

Texecom has just launched the Premier 8XP-W 8-zone wireless expander, featuring the company’s proprietary Ricochet mesh network wireless technology. The new product is compatible with all Texecom Premier Series control panels, offering 8-zone expansion for all ‘Ricochet enabled’ wireless devices. The Ricochet wireless mesh network technology has already proved its worth in many commercial systems, and now the Premier 8XP-W brings the advantages of safe, secure, reliable wireless security to smaller installations. Whether used as part of a new installation or upgrade to an existing security system, 8-zone wireless expansion means that all areas, including outbuildings, are easy to protect and secure without extensive and expensive cabling issues. The Ricochet mesh network technology means that all enabled devices can connect to the control panel through the other devices in the network, boosting and re-routing the signal at each point to keep the system safe, secure and stable.
