Ultrasonic Transmitter

Pune Techtrol Pvt Ltd offers an Ultrasonic Transmitter – Ultratrol. This is a non-contact liquid level transmitter based on principle of ‘time of flight’ using ultrasonic sound waves. It gives highly reliable and maintenance free performance, since there are no moving parts involved. It consists of ultrasonic transducer with integral electronics housed in compact WP IP65 enclosure. It comes in three ranges of 5, 10 or 12 mtr. Its measuring range can be configured as per requirement through simple, user friendly programming with three keys and LCD display. It can be retrofitted on existing tank tops with easy mounting through flanged or screwed connections. For corrosive applications, it is provided with PTFE transducer face. Its analog o/p 4-20 mA, can be wired through Techtrol controllers/PLC/SCADA to control the processes. Applications: widely used for continuous level measurement of liquids in the processes such as raw/waste water, sewage, effluents, scrubber, caustic, H2SO4 (98%), coolant, milk, oil, lime slurry in storage tanks, filter beds, flotation cells, water/waste water treatment, ETPs, canals and irrigation systems, building management system and chemical plants.
