MODBUS Gateway

• The MODBUS Gateway product, MODBUS enables any serial device, which does not support the MODBUS Protocol, thus paving the way for its connectivity, use and management in a networked environment.

• The SNMP Adaptor product enables any device which does not support the SNMP Protocol, thus paving the way for its connectivity, use and management in a networked environment using standard software which supports SNMP monitoring.

• The ETH I0 - 2.0 unit enables the user to monitor the Analog inputs, Digital inputs, Control relay outputs and also the status of the slave units connected to it through MODBUS protocol.
• A single box of ETH IO - 2.0 contains 8 Analog inputs, 8 Digital inputs, 8 potential free relay contacts, a query based response unit on the RS 232 bus and a RS 485 port to connect to the slave units. Up to 6 slave units can be connected through the RS 485 interface.
• Using the LAN (RJ45 Connection), all of the information of the inputs and the status of the different units connected to it, will be sent to the main server

• Users can easily add/remove a Serial Port in their RS485 network to talk to RS232 based Serial Devices with the added feature of addressability.
• Power and Data Isolated RS485 port gives protection to the unit and also the connected RS232 device from the RS485 network.
• Unit address can be set by 8 way DIP switch allowing 255 addresses.
• Baud Rate and other RS232/RS485 port parameters are set by writing in to Modbus Registers.

• The I/O Unit enables the monitoring and/or control of Analog, Digital Inputs BK Outputs of Devices through MODBUS RTU protocol. A single box has 8 Analog, 8 Digital Inputs and 4 potential free Relay contacts and requires only the setting of Unit ID through a DIP Switch before use. Using multiple units on the RS485 Bus, up to 2000 Inputs and 1000 Output contacts can be easily realized. Using our RS485 to GPRS / WiFi / Ethernet products, monitoring and control of these units may be done over the network / Internet etc.

• IVU-3 is a Mobile / Stationary Data Acquisition and Control Unit with Multiple Communication Interfaces. This has a GSM Modem to send & receive SMS messages. GPRS capability to communicate with the Central Monitoring server and Multi Channel GPS receiver to provide exact positional data of the vehicle or location.
