Simulator for Studying of Heating Phenomenon

Sushma & Co (Electricals) has recently developed a Prototype of a Simulator for Studying of Heating Phenomenon for NPCIL, a regular client of the company. This is the first of its kind development in India. The company successfully indigenised the simulator at 1/3rd the import cost. It has successfully embedded thermocouples inside the heating elements to study temperature characteristics of highly sensitive heating phenomenon in reactor chamber. The whole system is extremely compact and requires withstanding high hydraulic pressure to the tune of 200 bar, which is achieved through special type of processes. The Electrical Division of Sushma & Co (Electricals) manufactures electric heating elements for both domestic and industrial applications, and branded goods for reputed companies in India backed by latest foreign technology for the last 30 years. The heating elements are backed by advanced engineering and manufacturing technology and are manufactured on imported machines from Kanthal of domestic appliances, plants, machinery and equipments used in textile, nylon, cement chemical, air conditioning and refrigeration and many more industries. The Marine Division is engaged in manufacturing cable penetrations, deck covering and galley equipment for Indian Navy, Coast Guard and all other major shipyards in India. The products are being used on latest frigates, naval vessels and merchant ships under construction and repairs.
