Re-Writing Smart Card Information

Ulrich Electronic introduces the TC-Printer CP2. Within one cycle it is possible to encode a smart card as well as to erase and rewrite text information on cards. In this way, certain information on the smart cards can be made visible in a readable text. This information can be erased and rewritten up to 500 times. Typical applications are travel tickets where the valid date can be made visible, or student cards where the actual inscription can be seen. The product is available for ISO contact and inductive cards.
