Power quality solutions

Power Perfect Systems (PPS) offers Power quality solutions. The company offers a range of products under this category including those products that are normally offered such as voltage stabilizers, isolation transformers, harmonic filters, etc. The range includes: a) Voltage stabilisers of three types: conventional variac type; solid state using thyristors; and solid state using IGBTs. It is now adding one more type which is rugged and highly reliable and suitable for remote locations - a Magamp based solid state voltage stabiliser; b) Power conditioners of all above types - these attenuate surges and electrical fast transients in addition to regulating voltage; c) Power line grade surge and EFT attenuation filters; d) Passive harmonic filters for up to 13th harmonic; e) Sag fighters where frequent short duration sags cause shutdown/failure of sensitive equipment; a 40 kVA sag fighter is delivered recently to a leading automobile firm; f) UPS systems up to 200 kVA in association with Streamline Power Systems; g) Active harmonic filters from AIM, Europe, based on state-of-the-art technology; and h) Conducts power quality study and recommend appropriate solutions. The end users rarely find such a wide variety of equipment being made available from just one source.
