The PLC Based System is comprised of a command unit called GT-C & Digistar II with color LCD display and a PLC with a series of remote control units called GILOGIK II. This machine is totally programmable with high performing hardware and software. The machine has extremely fast sample time I/O and refresh every 100microseconds. Achieving high modularity with compact units and quick expansion by remote models are possible. For debugging the ports, connection to local FDD (Floppy drive), USB key, Modem, Printer, Ethernet LAN etc. are also available.
This is used in plastic injection/blow moulding & extrusion machines.
